Kristian P. Kraszewski is an associate in the Business Torts Department of the Pensacola, Florida law firm of Levin, Papantonio, Thomas, Mitchell, Echsner & Proctor. Mr. Kraszewski’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of investors in various securities disputes before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the National Futures Association (NFA), as well as in state and federal court. Mr. Kraszewski has assisted clients recover losses in cases involving suitability, mutual funds, concentrated positions, CMOs, churning, margin, annuities, options, and commodities.

Mr. Kraszewski compliments his securities litigation credentials with seven years of financial markets experience. Mr. Kraszewski previously managed portfolios for retail clients, having held the Series 7, 3, 63, and 65 licenses. Mr. Kraszewski was also an associate member of the New York Board of Trade, where he traded coffee, sugar, and cocoa futures and options for institutional clients.

Mr. Kraszewski graduated with honors from Siena College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He was also the captain and most valuable player on the men’s Division I soccer team. He received his Juris Doctor degree with honors in May 2007, from the University of Miami School of Law.
